A2Z Creatorz (Pakistan100 Winner) wins XChange Tender. AllWorld is an advisor to the Centre for Innovative Government in Saudi Arabia. AllWorld posted an XChange Tender for the Center’s website. A2Z Creatorz took advantage of it and beat out 10 strong proposals.
